1. What delivery times can I expect?

We are constantly working to ensure that you as a customer receive your delivery as soon as possible. After an order is placed, the order is registered for picking & packing. The order is then sent via Schenker. A preliminary estimate is that the order will be delivered within 1-4 days depending on how long Schenker takes and whether we have a high load on the warehouse (if so, this will be announced when placing the order).

2. When is the item in stock?

Many of our stocked items return during September-December each year. For exact times, please send an inquiry to info@ppribbon.com.

3. What delivery options are available?

Our freight forwarder is Schenker, but if you have your own transport options such as DHL, etc., let us know and we will arrange a solution according to your wishes.

4. Can I trade as a private individual?

No. We are a wholesale company and therefore only sell to corporate customers.

However, we can provide retailers where the desired item can be purchased.

5. What payment terms apply?

When ordering for the first time, advance payment is required, after which we provide 20 days of credit via Svea ekonomi.
